Order processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships, along with tracking information.

 

Shipping times

Because our products are shipped from our fulfillment partner's network of warehouses, delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on your location, after processing. Remote areas may take longer.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order.

 

International orders

We currently ship to the UK, EU, and a range of other international destinations. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
